Platinum status requires 50 completed jobs, a minimum 4.9-star rating, and completion of at least two Advanced Skill Tracks in the Namba Academy. Benefits include a 12% material rebate and priority lead matching.

Shadow Inventory allows homeowners to see all active installers in their area, even if they aren't verified partners yet. When a homeowner sends a 'Job Ticket' to an external installer, we invite that installer to claim their profile and join the platform.

For BYOI jobs, we hold the installer's labor payment in escrow. After installation is complete, the homeowner has 3 days to inspect the work. If no dispute is raised, funds are automatically released to your linked bank account.

Yes! The Business OS (BOS) is designed to manage your entire business. You can add 'External Jobs' to your schedule to track revenue and expenses for clients found outside the platform.
